Not so friendly bakery. First there’s no sign of anything that doesn’t allowed to use your own cup and second even though I waited for 5 minutes because there was nobody in the store, the clerk told me about me using my own cup(without my knowledge of it not being allowed) in a very unfriendly way. This was the last time I will go there. I went to this bakery since 2013 and after often having those services, where no one is available and waiting for more then 10 minutes sometimes while not getting my bus home and now this unfriendly outcome, I will never visit this bakery and won’t ever recommend this place ever. Worst then other cheap bakery. I’d rather buy somewhere expensive then here.

Horrible service. The black coffee was everything but black and when I asked for my 1,50€ back they said no, to get another one (which was also not black) I ended up having to get a cappuccino and pay 0,30€ difference. A joke

Then the employees are simply unable to run this store. Give out small change for €20, are also unfriendly if you would rather pay by card and then suddenly don't know how the checkout works. Good location but worth the wait, there are better quick coffees not far from here!

Würd’s hier nicht empfehlen. Warum auch immer gibt es keine kleinen Kaffee Becher, sodass man mit einem Espresso oder kleinen Kaffee einen Riesen Becher mit sich herumträgt. Dann sind die Mitarbeiter einfach unfähig diesen Laden zu betreiben. Geben auf 20€ Kleingeld raus, sind dann auch noch unfreundlich, wenn man dann doch lieber mit Karte zahlen würde und wissen dann auf einmal nicht, wie die Kasse funktioniert. Gute Lage, aber da lohnt sich das warten, nicht weit von hier gibt es bessere Schnellkaffees!
