Very nice hotel staff and service. Good location in the center of the town. Modern rooms with nice amenities and comfortable beds.
A parking garage in the basement with large parking spaces.
Support for disabled persons could surely improve, even though elevators, entrance did support this they don't seem to have so many rooms for disabled people?

Breakfast was good but not excellent. The range of items was good, but quality on scramled eggs and bacon didn't live up to our requirements.

I had a great time on the Atlantic Hotel Lübeck.
I stayed at the handicap room, and everything was perfect, it was nice and big and the same with the bathroom with nice hand rails, but i could not enter the balcony.
And nice service
Good 4/5 breakfast

I'm an American who travel for work to Germany with almost no German. While it isn't necessary for the staff to speak English (it's my problem I don't speak German, not theirs) all the staff was easy to communicate with. Rooms were large and had plenty of built in storage. Breakfast was great. The hotel parking lot was booked so we had to park in the garage next door; that was a little fiddly but not overly burdensome.

Central location and very friendly staff. The room is very clean even though it is also pet-friendly hotel. They have prepared snacks for dogs and a bowl for our dog. Only thing they should improve is the Wi-Fi connection.

We celebrated Christmas Eve here with the family. We had a lovely stay, staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and very modern. A special thanks goes out to the staff involved with the dinner at Christmas Eve: It was superb!

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and had a wide selection. 1 star off sadly while the hot selection was only lukewarm. Apart from that small detail, we can highly recommend.

Great hotel. Friendly service throughout. Comfy and clean. Frau Doreen makes everyone welcome. Gerrado in the bar is great too
