Sehr freundlich. Hat auch günstige Weine (deutlich unter 10€). Man erzählt, was man vorhat und bekommt den perfekten Wein empfohlen. Während ich in Läden ohne Beratung schon oft schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, was den Geschmack oder Säuregehalt angeht, unabhängig vom Preis des Weines, wurde ich hier noch nie enttäuscht. Und wenn man sich in die Datenbank aufnehmen lässt, braucht man sich auch keine Etiketten aufheben, sondern kann einfach sagen: "Der Wein, den ich vor 2 Jahren an Weihnachten gekauft habe." Es werden außerdem Weinverkostungen in Verbindung mit bestimmten Themen (z.B. Wein und Schokolade) und Komplementärprodukte angeboten.
