After many unsatisfactory trial sessions in other studios in Leipzig, I joined EMS for you in early 2018.
From the first training there was real enthusiasm on my part, which also persisted. :-)
I especially liked the personal trainings with the boss (Enrico) and my favorite coach Max! Both managed to completely exhaust me every time. A healthy sore muscle was actually inevitable every time. EXACTLY SO I imagine a good workout!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my contract due to a change of residence. I would like to thank the whole EMS for you team for the great time and hope that from time to time during my visits to Leipzig I will be able to put in a training here.

Im Jahr 2014 habe ich mit dem EMS Training angefangen. Von Anfang an war ich großer Fan des ganzen Systems. Ich habe sehr viele Studios getestet. Selbst der Marktführer im EMS-Bereich schien mit eher "langweilig" in der Art und Weise, wie die Trainings dort durchgeführt werden.

Nach vielen unbefriedigenden Probetrainings in anderen Studios in Leipzig, kam ich Anfang 2018 zu EMS for you.
Ab dem ersten Training herrschte regelrechte Begeisterung meinerseits, welche auch dauerhaft anhielt. :-)
Für mich besonders hervorzuheben waren die personal Trainings mit dem Chef (Enrico) und meinem Favorite-Trainer Max! Beide schafften es jedes Mal, mich komplett auszupowern. Ein gesunder Muskelkater war eigentlich jedes Mal vorprogrammiert. GENAU SO stelle ich mir ein gutes Training vor!

Leider musste ich meinen Vertrag auf Grund eines Wohnortwechsels kündigen. Ich danke dem ganzen EMS for you- Team für die tolle Zeit und hoffe, dass ich es ab und an bei meinen Leipzig-Besuchen schaffe, hier ein Training einzuschieben.

Ich war gestern zum Probetraining in dem Studio und ich war begeistert. Man wird erst mal komplett vermessen und gewogen. Anschließend wird gleich richtig gut mit dem Training losgelegt. Der Trainer war absolut top und hat wirklich das letzte bisschen aus einem rausgeholt. Er wirkte sehr kompetent und wusste zu jedem Zeitpunkt, von was er da redet. Mein Muskelkater ist jedenfalls ordentlich, obwohl ich schon recht gut trainiert bin.

Den Shake nach dem Training find ich auch richtig gut.

Auch das Ambiente passt. Im Studio wirkt alles sehr neu. Vor allem die Umkleiden mit den Duschen sind modern, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
