Ich bin vom Service sehr enttäuscht. Mein Mann hatte mir Anfang des Jahres ein Armband auf der Swarovski Seite bestellt. Darauf haben wir 2 Jahre Garantie. Ein großer Swarovskistein fiel mir beim 1.Mal tragen aus dem Armband. Glücklicherweise konnte ich ihn finden und einpacken. Er hätte nur wieder angeklebt werden müssen. Als ich in Leipzig ankam wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass es zur Reparatur eingeschickt werden müsse und ich könne es in 3 Wochen abholen. Diese Filiale ist 1 Stunde von meinem Zuhause entfernt und ist damit trotzdem die naheliegendste. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte es vor Ort nicht ankleben und meinte ich müsse es selbst wieder abholen, da der Postweg ca. 8€ kosten würde(und das bei den Preisen und einer "Garantie"). Am Ende gab sie mir den Tipp es selbst mit Sekundenkleber festzukleben und rief mir beim Gehen noch zu, dass ich gut auf die Rechnung Acht geben soll, da ich ja 2 Jahre Garantie habe.
Tolle Leistung!!!! Ich hoffe Swarovski findet eine Lösung für Kunden die im Netz bestellen und keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben!
