Not very authentic. Service took forever but we waited because there was only 1 person working. The tonkotsu ramen was very salty and the spicy ramen is really just miso but with lots of chilli powder. Takoyaki was the best out of all our meal (even though for some reason we could taste ginger in it) but also super pricy at €6. No card. Only Cash.

Overall, a decent meal. The miso ramen was good but not outstanding. The sushi was good. When we arrived the service was quick as we were the only ones dining, but paying the check took forever. Cash only, no credit cards.

I love this place! It’s the coziest in LE for sure! Selection is small which means you get served food fast. There’s free tap water with lemon and fresh mint always! Prices are fair, service is always friendly. I’ve been here a lot, best ramen in Le in my opinion. Only the tofu could maybe be more crunchy, but that’s just my personal preference. :)

The food may have tasted a little better if the servers were more accommodating and providing a warm service. Food does not taste anything but bland. I ordered Shoyou Ramen and I have to put a lot of salt and pepper to add taste. Meat was not tender at all. The venue is nice though.

This Ramen restaurant is situated slightly off the city center but close enough to walk there. The service claimed that the noodle are home made by the restaurant. Compared to others there are not so may choices of ramen dishes. We took spicy ramen and the quality was reasonable. The stock was Miso based and had a rich taste - the noodle was yummy although a bit heavy. Gyoza (vegetarian) and Tea were not good.

Shinto Ramen is a very cosy place with an outdoor seating area. The menu is limited to a few options per category which resulted fresh and fast preparation. During our visit, we enjoyed the miso and spicy ramen along side two onigiri. The miso ramen was smooth and creamy. The spicy ramen was also very enjoyable, and not too hot. I especially liked the tiny chili threads on top. I would recommend a visit to any ramen lover in the area.

Delicious ramen, very fair price and a very nice staff.
After a few ramen fails in Leipzig, this is a place I will come back to.
