Es gibt so viele anisfreie Absinths, von Mata Hari aus Österreich bis hin zu vielen Tschechischen, das ist einfach nicht korrekt. In der Sixtina ist fast ein Drittel der Karte anis-frei. Den Ton der Bedienung fand ich dann auch extrem aufdringlich und unangemessen. Wir waren zu zweit da und haben uns gerne beraten lassen (obwohl man die Beratung in die Tonne kloppen konnte), aber danach ließ sie auch nicht von uns ab und es war irgendwie sehr ungemütlich und gewzungen.
