Overall: Good hotel only thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant within the hotel where you could order basically you had cook for yourself and the reception was closed most of the time but other than that its a pretty cozy room to stay

Nice hotel a bit close to a main street. The hygiene strategy seems improvable. Breakfast in the room is ok, but I would enjoy it more in a breakfast room. Plus it creates so much more trash with plastic cups etc.

Hotel is nice and clean, there is a kitchen, bathroom is renovated. Our daughter found an Easter surprise (chocolate eggs), which she was very happy with. But there are several big “No”s and I won’t come back for sure.
1. We were surprised by the fact that the hotel promoted a private parking (we received confirmation from them), but there was none in reality. We had to look for a parking place ourselves in the evening. 2. I don’t recommend a room with extra bed - it’s hard as wood and impossible to sleep on. I asked recepcionist to provide some extra mattress, was promised with one, but nothing changed. 3) Very noisy in summer, since there is no aircon and the windows open to a very busy street where trams go from 5am till late in the night.

UPD based on the reply from the hotel.
1. Not true, we have a confirmation saying that parking is reserved. We had to find parking spot on our own with a help of Google maps.
2. Not true. Yes, I asked to provide a mattress, was confirmed that it would be provided, but nothing changed in the evening (and no one on reception by that time). We ended up sleeping with our kid an a double bed, cause it was impossible to sleep in the extra bed.
3. It was around 25 degrees when we stayed at your hotel and we opened the window and heard both tram lines passing by.

Based on your "nice" answer, I'll remove one more star. Thank you for the stay, but please improve your extra beds and customer support.

Nice and clean rooms. You can order breakfast that will get delivered to your room door in the morning. The building is really noisy. If someone comes home late above you, then there you will definitely wake up because the light on the ceiling starts ringing from the vibration.

Even though advertising kitchen usage. They don't supply a lot and make you feel they don't want you to use it.
Otherwise a nice apartment. Good size and comfortable for 2 people

This is a well-run, affordable hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and the railway station. The hotel reception was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
