We had booked a family fish spa and were mom, 2 daughters and a friend who has been part of the tight circle for years.
When we arrived we were hardly greeted and didn't really know how everything was going now. After we were set aside and read the rules, the Lord wanted to discuss with us that we weren't family and had to pay more. After we had a lively discussion about it and we were almost ready to go, he agreed and at least three of us were allowed to use the family offer and should pay extra for our girlfriend.
At the time, it was not clearly defined on the Internet that the family offer could only be used by father, mother, child, grandma and grandpa. He adjusted this during our treatment on the Internet.
The fish spa experience itself went very well and we had a lot of fun among ourselves. The location itself is very nice, neat and clean.
The farewell was somewhat subdued, as the greeting and discussion afterwards had not made a good impression. At least we were accommodated and we were able to bill our girlfriend as the fourth "family member" and thus saved € 5.00.
You can tell that it is a new and private company, because there is no signature in the email booking confirmation and only a Google calendar entry points out that the email is the booking confirmation.
We will probably not go back, but if you adjust the hospitality and the service a bit, you could recommend the business.

Kleines Unternehmen das noch Gastfreundschaft lernen muss.
Vielleicht hatten wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt, aber unsere Erfahrung war nicht so gut.
Fangen wir von vorne an:
Wir hatten ein Family Fish Spa gebucht und waren Mutti, 2 Töchter und eine Freundin die zum engen Kreis seit Jahren gehört.
Bei Ankunft wurden wir kaum begrüßt und wussten nicht so recht wie jetzt alles abläuft. Nachdem wir erstmal zur Seite gesetzt wurden und uns die Regeln durchgelesen haben, wollte der Herr mit uns Diskutieren, dass wir keine Familie sein und mehr bezahlen müssten. Nachdem wir eine rege Diskussion darüber hatten und wir fast vorm gehen waren, hat er eingewilligt und wir durften zumindest zu dritt das Familienangebot nutzen und sollten für unsere Freundin extra zahlen.
Im Internet war zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht klar definiert, dass das Familiebangebot nur von Vater, Mutter, Kind, Oma und Opa genutzt werden darf. Dies hat er während unserer Behandlung im Internet angepasst.
Das Fish Spa Erlebnis an sich verlief sehr gut und wir hatten unter uns sehr viel Spaß. Die Location an sich ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber.
Die Verabschiedung war ein wenig gedämpft, da die Begrüßung und die Diskussion danach keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hatten. Wenigstens ist man uns entgegengekommen und wir durften unsere Freundin als viertes "Familienmitglied" abrechnen und haben dadurch 5,00€ gespart.
Man merkt das es ein neues und privates Unternehmen ist, da in der E-Mail Buchungsbestätigung keine Signatur hinterlegt ist und lediglich ein Google Kalendereintrag darauf aufmerksam macht, dass es sich bei der Mail um die Buchungsbestätigung handelt.
Wir werden wohl nicht wieder kommen, aber wenn man an der Gastfreundschaftlichkeit und dem Service noch bisschen was anpasst könnte man das Geschäft wohl empfehlen.
