Before booking my stay, I contacted the property to ask for the possibility of a late arrival around 1:30 am.
The property confirmed that this was possible and that I would receive a password to enter the establishment.
I added screenshots of my emails exchange with the property.
After booking I received an information from booking.com indicating that my reservation had been canceled for "no show" despite the notification of the property of my late arrival!
Moreover the property charged me for the stay and I had to find another place to spend the night...
My refund request was rejected by the property as indicates the last email in attachment.
