No A/C, during day room gets heated and even with wide opened windows, keeps high temp during night, making it literally impossible to sleep. And i could swear that cheap mattress itself is radiating heat...
Also, every morning at 5 am, there was loud noise coming from the street, so there was no need for setting the alarm... location is awful.

No A/C. Very dirty under the beds. Very low water pressure (the warmer the water gets, the lower). Paper thin walls. Very noisy. Very very bad service. No 24/7 reception. Shared room balcony with other guests. Very old building and very old rooms. Very bad WiFi. Not worthy the price.
No Novum sign on the building, just a cheap sign saying "hotel".
This hotel really brings the image of Novum down a lot. This is not a Novum hotel. It's some cheap dodgy zero star hotel in an industrial area.
The only plus point is that I only spent one night here and the rooms aren't tiny.

Bathroom windows transparent. Not good for families. Walking to train atation so far. Clean rooms. Good staff and breakfast.

Good place for the price, the restaurant on the ground floor is good, also there is a 24h Rewe shop on the gas station across the street.
Very far away from tram stop and from city center.

It was really cheap, but the hotel is north of Leipzig in a really dodgy industrial area.
There is many sounds at night and a big train station out side. No AC "hot rooms"
The carpet was really dirty "white spots"
We're not coming here again

Decent rooms! Not wow! More a 2* hotel. Also a maze 'till you find the room????u200d♀️
