Ich war am Dienstag in der Notaufnahme. Dort wurde ich wirklich schnell und gut versorgt. Leider musste ich dann Donnerstag erneut dorthin, weil sich meine Katzenbisse entzündet haben, was leider immer vorkommen kann. Dieses Mal wurde ich direkt aufgenommen (2 Tage) und an der Hand operiert.
Das ganze Team verdient ein riesiges Lob. Ich bin insgesamt ein recht aufgeregter Mensch (was Ärzte etc angeht) und in diesem Zusammenhang nicht immer ganz einfach. Ich wurde stets freundlich und respektvoll behandelt und über jeden Schritt aufgeklärt, egal ob Arzt, Pflegekräfte, etc. Besonders gefällt mir das zeitliche Managment. Von Angang an schien stets klar zu sein, was wann wie stattfindet. Dass man in einer Notaufnahme auch mal etwas länger warten muss, ist mir klar und das Nummernsystem macht es nachvollziehbar.
Vielen Dank, meine erste Anlaufstelle seid ihr auf jeden Fall geworden!

PS: das Frühstück ist besser als bei mir Daheim :D
