This place is truly extraordinary in terms of service quality and also (as far as I can tell) in terms of the actual rings sold. My fiancé and I spontaneously drop by one day and since I’ve never worn a ring in my entire life it took me almost 3 hours before I found a ring that I was comfortable with. During those 3 hours they were super patient, very helpful and just as attentive in the last minute as they were in the first.
We are super happy with the wedding rings we got, thanks a lot!
And Dirk even gave me a great recommendation for a tailor.

Oh, and it’s also worth mentioning that you can make appointments online which is a neat feature of their website.

I can only agree with all the previous, very positive feedbacks. The Service of this place is really extraordinary. The owner takes as much time as possible for you, he really knows what he is talking about and gives good advice. We needed our rings urgently, so the full process from purchase, production to delivery took less than a week. This is amazing and not known to us about any other place in Leipzig (we were trying many others before...). Also afterwards he was immediately available for any kind of question and additional service (especially VAT refund in our case, which was quite a headache). Wir haben unsere Eheringe in diesem wunderschönen Laden gesucht und gefunden.

Ich hatte anfänglich sehr genaue Vorstellungen welcher Ring mir vorschwebt. In der Beratung wurde mir ein Ring (neben vielen die meiner Idee entsprachen) gezeigt, welchen ich zu erst anlehnte. Als ich ihn dann doch probierte, wusste ich sofort, dass ich ihn nicht mehr ablegen wollte.
Somit wurde sich zuerst viel Zeit genommen um meine Ideen umzusetzen, aber der Kompetente und geschulte Blick wusste sofort, welcher Ring zu mir passen würde.

Ich liebe meinen Ehering bis heute und zeige ihn Jedermann (auch denen die es nicht interessiert) mit großem Stolz.
