Entrance is actually at 'Ernst-Pinkert-Str.'
Our room wasn't huge but still a good size, we were there mostly to sleep anyway.
It was clean, looked new and fresh. My only problem was with the long black hair that I found everywhere on the floor, I think it belongs to the cleaning lady whose hair is like that (and I'm a blonde).
We didn't get the breakfast there as it was rather expensive (18€ p.p. per day), but there are lots of good bakeries and cafès around.

Excelent!
I really have no reason to downgrade even though I searched.
The staff, the cleanliness, the location, large and fully equipped rooms for a 4-star hotel, restaurants and public transport in the area, on-site parking.
Superb!

Overall a good place, and nice, helpful staff. Hotel is clean and have a regular cleaning service which if you dont want to, you can cancel at any time through a system installed in a room connected with a tablet. On the tablet you can find useful information about the city in both English and German

Friendly service, clean rooms but tiny blankets that barely cover you so if you move at night you expose your limbs, freeze and wake up. Also their solution to the issue was to suggest an additional tiny blanket... Really noisy in the morning which woke me up. I would recommend this place only for heavy sleepers or the good location.

Bright colors, warm greeting as we entered. Parking on the street as the garage was full, but it is free parking overnight, so we only paid for an hour. Rooms are modern. Have small
refrigerator. Many things to do and see
within short walk, including the zoo, restaurants and a grocery store.
Affordable prices, clean. We had a street side room, and no complaints about traffic noise. Staff spoke German and English. Check in was efficient. We only stayed one night due to our travel plans, but would come again!!

We really liked this hotel very friendly and accommodating but maybe another trip to the the city as we arrived to late to go exploring, only problem for us was that parking was not available in the hotel garage they said originally when I booked that it was full but on arrival I checked this with the receptionist however the situation was skirted around with no direct answer and I can usually tell when I'm being fobbed off. A public one was suggested
