I ordered a latte and they serve me just an americano and LITERALLY gave me a box of milk to add the milk myself. For four euros I have to deal with the worst coffee I’ve ever drink. Awful.
Although service is warm even if they don’t speak English, the fact that the coffee is so bad is more important when you are looking for a cafeteria so…

Average quality, higher price than other similar places. This would still be acceptable if it wasn't the TERRIBLE service. The attendants work as if they were doing a huge favour to the costumers.
I ordered a hot chocolate to the male attendant, paid and then he told me to get my order with the female attendant(blond) on the coffe part. When I did so, she did exactly the same, told me to get my order with her colleague(the male one, that 10seconds before done the same). Then, as both ignored me I kindly asked a second female attendant (black hair) "hi, I would like to have a hot chocolate". She looked me in the eye and completely ignored me as if I were invisible. This happened on the 3rd of January 2020 around 17:00.
I recommend anyone go to Back Werk a few stores up the street, you will receive a better treatment and pay less for more.

The cafe is nice, plenty of seating of two floors. Service is alright and so are the bakery items. Although I do not expect scratched trashy plates and trays. Seriously didn't feel like eating my cake in the worn out black "supposed to be blue" plate. Good luck.

Not much to say, the cakes got "normal" taste, the coffee is terrible and the staff was (overwhelmed?) arguing next to the customers. Seems the working climate is ... not fine.

Generic bakery/coffeeshop. Nothing special at all. Good location.
We were confused because they have a separate "barista coffee bar" with the same items on the menu as the main menu and same prices... says however that they use a special blend. When we tried to order at the barista bar, which it specifically says there to do, we were told to order at the main bar.
The coffee seemed to be a cheap dark roast coffee with little to no flavor. The cups and plates are chipped. The staff, which I believe are mostly students are not very well trained, probably because none of the full time staff really knows what they're doing either.
The decorations are loveless and cheap and they fail to create a cozy atmosphere.
The manager of this place should really check out some other coffeeshops in town or elsewhere to get some fresh inspiration.

Super friendly staff! Great sandwiches! But, I wish there were more staff around, the place seems to need more people running it. Also, what’s up with the bees?! xD
