Gym is good, equipments good. Could use the rooms with classes if more space was needed. I di get a proper arrogant vibe from both customers and staff. I think the registration fee is ridiculously high or ridiculous in general, dont know how it is other places.
I only did drop ins and everytime I was told something different from the staff which was really frustrating. One day I didnt have to leave my id card, next time I did. Then some other lad didnt want to give me a drop in sesh and so on. Very unprofessional place and all about the money which is sad for the people working out for good health and not just for looking like a rock on steroids.
Big highlight; I had the female sauna for myself every time I went!!

Very nice gym, good facilities and friendly staff. Love the spa area but as a Finnish person the sauna could be a little more Finnish, no stones to throw water on :)

Great place otherwise, you will love it. Location is great, easy to find.

Notice that most good reviews are from before the club opened ?

That’s because they are very good at marketing but not so good in the quality of their service.

The staff is very rude. I pay for personal training twice a month since September and have never got one session.

The machines are badly placed so bad so super sets.

The wellness area is not very clean, and plays loud music.

Of course you can’t cancel your contract even though they give you nothing from what they promised. I pay the prime membership at 50€, and get very little of it.

But the main problem is that the staff is really mean and rude. So working out has become unpleasant.
If you can avoid going there, there are quite a few other nicer gyms around the city.

And the customer service is just awful. They took money from my account by mistake (83€) and are ignoring my emails.

I really advise you stay away from fit one. Looks great on paper but in reality, it’s really really not worth it.

I like the gym a lot but since it's been closed forever and I still pay 30€/month, I tried to cancel my contract. None of the e-mail addresses work, not even the one in my contract. I cannot access the "Mitgliederbereich" because it says my number is wrong, there is also no (human) chat support. Painful process

Bad attention!
I moved to Leipzig last Thursday and I looking for a gym to join.
I made an appointment fro a free training today.
When I came to the counter the receptionist told me that I couldn’t train without an “Anmeldun” but I dindnt have one yet. I have an appointment to make the anmeldung on next week…

The gym is nice inside, as a woman I really appreciate the big Lady Zone and the variety of courses. However, the way the gym operates gives the feeling that they only care about money. Because I really like working out in the gym I recommended it to my boyfriend's sister and we were both excited that she tries it out and decides whether she also wants to sign up or not. The Probetraining costs 20eur!!! This is the first time I see a gym asking for money to just try it out... Of course, if you sign up after, they give you back the 20eur, so it is all about the money. Furthermore, I have a voucher for a training which I can give to somebody, that didn't work out as well. You need to have this training with a trainer and it is mandatory. We actually do not need a trainer, as my friend is experienced and she knows what she is doing, she just wanted to see if the gym fits her. So with this behaviour, they lost a potential customer.
