The rooms are large and spacious and the staff is friendly. But the TV is very small, the furniture and inventory are quite worn out and the internet is constantly dropping. Especially the latter should not really happen in such a hotel.

The location is acceptable, but not really central. The breakfast buffet is on offer very meager. There is absolutely nothing special (by that I do not mean caviar and champagne, trout, salmon and sausages I would classify as special). And even with standard food, the selection is poor. Some, which one finds even in cheap hotels, is not available, z. B. Fresh fruit in the whole (there is only fruit salad) and croissants.

Wäre das Leonardo als günstiges Mittelklasse-Hotel deklariert, würde ich es als noch akzeptabel einstufen. Aber für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel mit Preisen in Richtung 100 Euro fürs Einzelzimmer ist es recht dürftig. Die angeblich so strenge deutsche Sternenbewertung konnte ich schon des Öfteren nicht nachvollziehen, so auch hier.

Die Zimmer sind immerhin groß und geräumig und das Personal ist freundlich. Aber der Fernseher ist sehr klein, die Möbel und das Inventar sind recht abgenutzt und das Internet hat ständig Aussetzer. Vor allem Letzteres dürfte in einem solchen Hotel nun wirklich nicht vorkommen.

Die Lage ist von der Anbindung her akzeptabel, aber nicht wirklich zentral. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vom Angebot her äußerst mager. Es gibt absolut nichts Besonderes (damit meine ich nicht Kaviar und Champagner; auch Forelle, Lachs und Bratwürste würde ich schon als besonders einstufen). Und selbst bei Standard-Speisen ist die Auswahl dürftig. Manches, was man sogar in günstigen Hotels findet, ist nicht vorhanden, z. B.frisches Obst im Ganzen (es gibt nur Obstsalat) und Croissants.
