Vor dem Gebäude hält permanent die Straßenbahn, lüften kaum möglich, da der Zigarettenrauch ständig in die Zimmer gelangt von den Wartenden. Im Sommer sind die Zimmer überhitzt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu senken.

Eine Erfahrung reicher, nicht unbedingt nochmal!!!

In the end, after a long time on hold, the travel agent's hotline was able to help us with a door code. Until then we had been standing in the rain for half an hour with a toddler. In retrospect, the owners of the apartment claimed that they had sent us the door codes in advance, but we never received an email to this effect.

The most serious deficiency was then in the accommodation. The so-called “deluxe apartment” was in no way “soundproofed” as advertised. The tram is so loud that when the windows are closed, even with ear plugs, one wakes up again and again. All windows of the apartment face the street, so there is no escape. You can also hear every step of the residents in the apartment and the lamps shake. Our child was constantly awake - whoever has children knows what that means.

Due to the intolerable conditions, we reported the defects to the landlords after 2 almost sleepless nights. Unfortunately there was no understanding or courtesy. The contact person denied everything and refused to rebook us into a quieter apartment or to let us check out earlier in return for reimbursement of the costs. We broke off the trip. Subsequent complaints have also been ignored so far. The final outcome of this matter has yet to be clarified.

Meine Frau und ich waren als Kongressbesucher in Leipzig und reisten zu diesem Zweck mit unserer kleinen Tochter an. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es Probleme. Als Dienstreisende war eine korrekte Rechnungsstellung für uns wichtig. Leider gelang es der Kontaktperson trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht die Rechnung in gewünschter Form auszustellen.

Bei Anreise dann das nächste Problem. Obwohl wir nachmittags zur angekündigten Zeit ankamen, standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen; auf Klingeln und Telefonanrufe reagierte niemand. Letztenendes konnte uns nach langer Zeit in der Warteschleife die Hotline des Reiseanbieters mit einem Türcode helfen. Bis dahin waren wir eine halbe Stunde mit Kleinkind im Regen gestanden. Im Nachhinein wurde von den Betreibern des Apartments behauptet, man habe uns im Vorfeld die Türcodes geschickt, wir haben aber nie eine dementsprechende E-Mail erhalten.

Der gravierendste Mangel zeigte sich dann in der Unterkunft. Da sogenannte „Deluxe Apartment“ war in keinster Weise wie beworben „schallisoliert“. Die Straßenbahn ist derart laut, dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch mit Ohropax immer wieder aus dem Schlaf hochschreckt. Alle Fenster der Wohnung sind straßenseitig gelegen, so dass es kein Entkommen gibt. Zudem hört man jedem Schritt der Bewohner in der Wohnung darüber und die Lampen wackeln. Unser Kind wurde ständig wach - wer selbst Kinder hat weiß was das bedeutet.

Aufgrund der untragbaren Verhältnisse meldeten wir nach 2 nahezu schlaflosen Nächten die Mängel den Vermietern. Leider gab es keinerlei Verständnis und Entgegenkommen. Die Kontaktperson stritt alles ab und weigerte uns, uns in ein ruhigeres Appartement umzubuchen oder uns gegen Rückerstattung der Kosten früher auschecken zu lassen. Wir brachen die Reise ab. Auch die nachträglichen Reklamationsbemühungen wurden bislang ignoriert. Der endgültige Ausgang dieser Sache wird noch zu klären sein.
