For the price it's an amazing hotel. It's right in the middle of the city (2-3 min walk away from the main station). Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good (bacon could be better but still) very friendly staff. Overall for this price range service and the hotel itself is very good.

Staff was incredibly friendly and our room was spacious and cool despite the summer heat. The bed was comfy and there was more than enough outlets to charge my phone - hard to find sometimes in Germany. Would recommend to friends.

Hotel in the heart of Leipzig, 5 minutes from the main railway station!
We are staying at this hotel not for the first time. And we want to come back again! Hotel Bigmama ❤

Friendly and helpful, room really nice though I'm a little biased as they used the same IKEA Eket shelves I've just brought for home. 3 minute walk from Hauptbahnhof and trams. Internet in room was slightly faster than my home Internet.

Wonderful place, only a few steps into the middle of the city with all the historical highlights, fast and very friendly staff.

I especially liked the hard mattress on the bed, it was very comfortable for me.
The sound of trams from the outside is pretty loud and disturbing, but I was prepared for it when choosing a location. I understand that this is probably the reason why this room was cheap and it's ok. But probably it should be said in room description for other people who don't realize the trams sound until they hear it.
In general, we had a good experience, the room is clean, with a nice carpet and has everything you need for a night stay.
