The products were sometimes dusty and my personal highlight was when four employees were in front of the bakery and four of them talked about private things for several minutes.

Every beginning is difficult, but then it is better to finish a project first than to open it too unfinished.

Mit völliger Unwissenheit sind wir am Montag Mittag zum neuen Kaufland in Burghausen gegangen. Erstmal finden wir es sehr schade dass der Real durch ein viel zu oft gesehenes Kaufland ersetzt wurde und nicht durch ein Globus oder Hit beispielsweise.

Nun zur objektiven Bewertung des Supermarktes.
Die Fläche des reals war sehr groß, hatte allerdings eine gut bedachte Sortierung und Aufteilung der regale. Das ist jetzt leider das komplette Gegenteil. Es war klar das Kaufland die Fläche des reals nicht ordentlich befüllt bekommt. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass der Kaufland auf biegen und brechen den Markt eröffnen musste, wobei gefühlt der halbe Laden noch in Erarbeitung ist und noch nicht fertig gestellt ist, dies vermittelt ein Gefühl einer großen Baustelle.

Des Weiteren war in manchen Gängen einfach kein Licht , es gab mehrere gänge welche meterweit einfach leer standen, teilweise wurden wichtige Lebensmittel nicht nach gefüllt und teilweise wurde ein und dasselbe Produkt so gut es ging auf eine Länge von 5 Metern verteilt. Außerdem hingen öfter an Produkten das falsche Schild. Die Produkte waren teilweise staubig und mein persönliches Highlight war es als 4 Mitarbeiterinnen vorm backstand mehrere Minuten zu viert über privates zeugs quatschen.

Aller Anfang ist schwer, allerdings sollte man dann ein projekt doch lieber erst fertig stellen anstatt zu unfertig zu eröffnen.

Dies war leider einer der schlechtesten einkaufserfahrungen welche ich je gemacht habe, dementsprechend gibt es einen aus fünf Sternen.

Wir gehen seit der Eröffnung aus Grund von Mangel an alternativen hier einkaufen. Bisher war es auch OK. In letzter Zeit häufen sich aber Unfreundlichkeiten und fehlende Hilfsbereitschaft an der Fleischtheke. In den letzten Wochen war man ungewillt am Abend nochmal Fleisch für die Kunden aufzumachen, abzuschneiden oder wie auch immer, weil man es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr verkauft. Vlt. Kann man hier für Kunden nachbessern die ungünstige Arbeitszeiten haben.
Die Krönung war aber heute Morgen. Ich wollte ein Stück im ganzen vom Rouladenfleisch. Da wurde ich nett, die Tonart war die reinste Melodie,(Ironie) von der jungen Dame daraufhin gewiesen das es das Fleisch nicht am Stück gibt, zumindest nicht für den ausgewiesenen Preis. Sie müsste es dann als anderes Fleisch Werten und das wäre teurer.
Nach ein bis zwei Mal nachfragen und hinweisen daß es sich um das gleiche Fleisch handelt,nur das es keine dünnen Scheiben sind, habe ich es sein lassen.
Leider musste ich dann feststellen,dass diese Mitarbeiterin hinter meinem Rücken(von den Kühltheken Gegenüber kann man sie hören) sich bei einem Kollegen brüskiert hat, wie toll sie es mir doch gegeben hat und was ich mir denke so einen Wunsch zu äußern.
Ich hoffe, dass man hier nachsteuert und den Servicegedanken in dem Bereich steigert.
Dann bin ich auch gern bereit eine bessere Bewertung abzugeben.
