❌ Service is unprofessional and sadly, also not friendly.
❌ Not clean
❌ Expensive
I guess we had a craving for old school fast food... This was of course, a mistake.
It started with the self ordering machines that didn't work properly, no option of buzzing for assistance, and no one was there to assist.
We went to the Kasse and there 2 cashiers couldn't take a payment since they also had a problem with the machine (if they only checked to see that there was no paper in the printer..) they told me it's a pity I don't have cash with me and left the Kasse.
Meanwhile I'm waiting, then came the manager who fixed the problem.
After a short time I got my order.. In a bag to go instead of in a tray to sit and without my dips/sauce. I said that I ordered to sit and the girl said I can also eat it like this.
Above all, there's no where to wash hands (so what if we are still in pandemic..?!) except for the toilet, and it costs extra to enter.
Guys, for a fast food chain your prices are anyway too high. You can offer free toilet for the customers and a smile.
In the area you can find so many other options of local food including burgers.
Don't waste time, money and childhood nostalgic memories on this place.
