Spacious rooms and great location. There was no shampoo, conditioner or other added amenities. There was a functional kitchen with stainless pots, silverware, and dishes. Beds were nothing special, but not bad either. Shower was a bit small, but not tiny. The building has a funny odor throughout; probably this is a renovated DDR building. WiFi is poorly managed. Of the 5 hotel WiFi spots in range only the weakest one permitted a login. We would stay here again the location is perfect.

very nice apartment located in the center and a few steps from the central station with all the comfort you need .... the cleaning was done carefully by a kind lady who proceeded to collect the trash and replace what had been consumed. ... great wifi ... to come back and recommend to friends ..... thanks to the staff

Netter Empfang, große Wohnung. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet,aber zweckmäßig. Der Preis ist für die Lage unschlagbar.
Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen über (Weinflecken auf dem Boden, gesaugt wurde vor ins nicht wirklich und tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank). Betten waren aber sauber und frisch bezogen und das Bad war auch geputzt, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Alles in allem, würde ich sofort nochmal hinfahren. Für die, die kein gelecktes Luxuszimmer brauchen, empfehlenswert!

The location is really great. 5 minutes to the main train station and 5 minutes to the city. Approx. 15 minutes to the zoo.

There was no pan in the kitchen (although this was previously confirmed at the reception) and the TV has no signal.

The apartment was clean, apart from the windows, which apparently had not been cleaned for a very long time. Perhaps this should offer a kind of privacy screen over the years.

Das Schlafzimmer hat weder Gardinen, noch Rollläden, noch sonst irgendeine Art Sichtschutz.
So ist man (vor allem Kinder) mit Sonnenaufgang wach und die Nachbarn gegenüber können den ganzen Tag reinschauen.
Auch wenn die Wohnung preiswert ist, ein Sichtschutz bei einem 3 Meter breitem Fenster ist Pflicht. Schlafentzug im Urlaub ist ein absolutes no-go.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Ca. 15 Minuten zum Zoo.

In der Küche gab es keine Pfanne (obwohl dies vorher an der Rezeption bejaht wurde) und der TV hat kein Signal.

Die Wohnung war sauber, abgesehen von den Fenstern, diese wurden anscheinend sehr sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt. Vielleicht soll das über die Jahre ein Art Sichtschutz bieten.

Wenn allerdings die Beleuchtung des innenliegenden Korridors nicht geht, müsste der Reinigungsdienst merken und das sollte am nächsten Tag repariert sein.
