Habe gerade meine 200 Stunden Yoga Lehrer Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
Ja, es war anstrengend, aber eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte.
Ich habe dabei nicht nur die Anusara-Ausrichtungsprinzipien gelernt und wie man Stunden aufbaut, sondern auch viel über Anatomie , Yoga Philosophie und mich selbst.
