Das übliche Problem, junges Mädel an der Kasse ok die war schnell und freundlich ( daher die 2 Sterne) aber sie kann nichts ausrichten wenn die Kollegin mehrfach absichtlich wegschaut und keine 2. kasse aufmacht es waren mit mir 13 Kunden an der kasse das geht überhaupt nicht. Also wenn sich Mitarbeiter gegenseitig das Leben schwer machen hab ich dafür kein Verständnis und möchte sowas mit meinem Einkauf nicht noch unterstützen. Werde demnächst woanders einkaufen da ich besagte Kollegin vorher ansprach da ich einen Artikel nicht fand und mir pampig geantwortet wurde das ich das Gefühl hatte sie auf Arbeit zu stören. Also wenn es das ist was Aldi mit Kundenfreundlichkeit meint wundert es mich das es solche Läden überhaupt gibt.
