Seagulls attacked us and grabbed our bagel. A warning sign would be helpful, especially as we’ve mentioned we would want to sit outside. Further when we came back in there was no acknowledgement of the incident, we even had to join the queue again.
The place was severely understaffed. It took forever to just get out coffees, so we were extremely disappointed when we had to queue for another 5 minutes just to place yet another bagel order.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before as clearly the seagulls are a common occurrence (see pictures)

Customer more than 10 years, from a glorious beginning, this spot went down south dramatically. Using the cheapest bad milk for their latte u0026 cuppcin' and the food became really junk status. They raised the prices more than double, don't stop here

Food may be cheap but does not taste good. I only ate a few mouths and threw the rest away.

Bought a waffle that was excellent but they need to figure out their service system. I understand there's a pandemic going on but I've never experienced anything similar. First, there's a form to fill out that we need to deliver with the order. The problem is that the form is difficult to find , even when its position is pointed out. Then it's the collection of the food. I went to the desk where everyone gets their orders and was directed partly BEHIND the desk, on the opposite side of the café. Difficult to explain it all but easily one of the most annoying experiences I've had, relating to an order in a café. The staff was friendly and professional though.

Great sandwiches and freshly pressed juice, well worth the money. Very clean toilet. Tip for people on the Gothenburg - Kiel ferry, skip the overpriced breakfast of the ferry and start your shopping day here instead!
