Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren leider etwas weich, was aber der Lieferung geschuldet ist. Die Lieferung an sich ging flott, obwohl wir eher außerhalb wohnen. Hier bestellen wir gerne wieder und kommen sicherlich auch mal dorthin zum Essen!

Wir waren uns erstmal unsicher ob wir reingehen sollten, da wir nicht wussten was es auf dem "Menü" gab. Dieses findet man vor der Kasse in viel zu kleiner Schrift, man kann zwar Cheeseburger, Chickenburger usw lesen aber darunter was drin ist, wirklich kaum lesbar. Das auch noch als einziges aushängendes Menü. (Ja QR Code am Tisch, aber haben wir erst gesehen als wir saßen).
Die Service Mitarbeiter waren sichtlich wenig Motiviert und haben in unseren gesamten Zeit als wir aßen knapp 6 Kunden gehen lassen, welche vor der Kasse standen und nicht empfangen wurden. //

Pro: Leckere Burger zu einem fairen Preis. Vorallem möchte ich das Patty hervorheben. Echt lecker, zwar ist der Rest so lala. Aber ansonsten wirklich gutes Fleisch. Sowie leckere Pommes.

Contra: Unbequeme Atmosphäre, sichtbar unmotivierte Mitarbeiter ( Ja auch wenn Five Guys neben euch aufgemacht haben. Zieht durch!) Der Laden sieht von außen so aus als wäre es zu und die viel zu kleine Menükarte habe ich ja bereits erwähnt. Es wäre schön sich vor dem Betreten des Lokas schon Gedanken machen zu können was man bestellt und nicht erst unter druck an der Kasse.
