Wel, first things first, starting with the obvious, it's a US franchise in Germany, don't expect US customer service.
Sadly I had to eat my food out of a paperbag and aluminum foil instead of a small basket. The tables are filthy, I'm glad I had some sanitizer with me. Instead of refills, you get bottled soda.
Only bright side was the cheeseburger that kinda tastes different, but still how I remember it.
The mayo self service is also something I'm happy about. Yet 2 Starts is for the two things that were positive. I think the store will close within the next 12 month.

Burgers are a bit overpriced but milkshake is so sinfully good , you go blind from all the sugar in it. Also go buy french fries cayun* (hot ones) they are killer!

tastes exactly how it does in the US! So happy it’s finally in Kassel!
There’s a lot of reviews with some ignorant remarks regarding why things are the way that they are… it’s called “branding” look it up.
Do not expect a Peter Pane burger (frozen, Germanified burger) from Five Guys (tasty, original style American burger) because this is how a burger *should* taste.
And no it’s not Five Guys’ fault if you didn’t get toppings on your burger if you didn’t order them. Read the menu next time!
Yes it comes in aluminum foil. Guess what? They provide an extra bin to recycle it in so chill or make a hat out of it

The burger was ok, not the best one that I had, the bread from the burger was soggy and the fries were way way to salty.

Unfortunately, we ordered a veggie sandwich with no cheese, for my vegan gf, but they gave it to her with cheese. Now we are at home and she has nothing to eat. :/

Th burger was so fresh and delicious and the worker's there were so nice to me.
