I like the shop in Kassel, unfortunately, the sales personnel are unfriendly and not helpful. In Germany it says, "customer is king." It´s sad to say, not only they barely care about their customers, but also they are busy with themselves. In my opinion, the most important aspect of their job is "customer care." Thanks.

UnionPay unfriendly, cashier NOT helpful.
My mom bought around 500euro clothes in shop and she asked paying through UnionPay rather than MasterCard. The cashier agreed at that moment, but we found out the payment goes through MasterCard after and cost around 80euro additionally.
