Booked and cancelled through booking, had very negative experience.

The staff will play with your credit card, make unauthorized transactions, no excuses, no apologies, no notifications. These guys never heard about quality customer service. No one will return you spoiled days spent on communication with the stuff, which is doing business without knowing how to apologize by their mistakes.

Never used that hotel and cancelled the reservation . They charged me again 5 months later for 300 euros with no reason. Be careful with this fraud system, dont give them your credit card

Price not adequate to standard. 80€ for a very basic room, no tea even included. 20€ more for a dog and 15€ for a parking - none of them communicated beforehand. For 115€ there are much better hotels in the area.

The hotel was fine for a basic short stay. It seemed clean and reasonably priced. The gym and sauna at the time of visit were available for 1 hour blocks for one person, which was nice. Some of the staff were not so friendly. The food (salmon) was way overcooked but the breakfast was good. The underground parking was way too overpriced (€18 per day).

Small but conveniently located minutes away from the main train station. Good service, good breakfast, nice bar and a small but well equipped gym. The price/quality ratio is good. Unfortunately not a great place to be on hot days as there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

The positive friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Number of breakfast tables is limited, water pressure on the third floor makes it difficult to have a proper shower. The stains on the old carpet are not welcoming at your room.
