Normally buying at local dealer, but due to unsatisfactory communication and service I tried Lucky Bike in Kassel.
Perfect service, very friendly and all parts available.
Seems to be my new dealer.

DO NOT BUY. They sold me e-bike. 2050€ paid and it was broken after 3 days. Since then I have been in werkstatt 4 times and they politely refuse to repair it. First they told me that if I want it repaird I need to pay 100€ for "Inspection". Then they said they will repair it and since then I went there 3 more time with same problem afer driveing just few hundred meters. I left my bike in Lucky bike, made a video of the Stuff where you can see them taking it outside. Later when I went to pick it up after talking with my lawyer, bike was nowhere to be found and when I asked Cheff where is it he looked at me like the winners do and said "Ist weg,ja und?"
Since I went, there was nobody there. The wetter is very bad. They dont do the selling only repairs. Its raining ice. Im 100% sure that they stole my bike.
Do not buy here if you like and respect yourself and your money. That bike is cash paid. Very stupid thing to do.

Ich habe euch angerufen und ich habe auch email geschrieben. Telefonisch sagen Sie mir dass ich sollte email schreiben und wenn ich email schreibe , sie antworten dass ich anrufen sollte. The magic circle of Lucky Bike.

I went to Lucky Bike for the first time to repair my road bicycle(I an not their customer as I visit from abroad taking my bike with me). The technician was very friendly and helped me so much, explaining what he does in every step, with a lot of patience and empathy and great professionalism. (He even let me get inside his workshop, something most of the technicians hardly allow ???? ). He was helping me for at least 20-30 minutes. When I asked how much it should cost, he told me that it’s for free!!!
I am still stunned by this unexceptional amazing service. Walking through the shop I got also amazed by the big yard they have for bike trial and by the variety of equipment they offer. This shop is a must visit!!! for any bicycle enthusiasts who come to Kassel area.

The technicians in the workshop were very helpful with replacing my broken tire and replacing it for only 10 euros .
