1 Woche vor dem Anreisetag habe ich mit dem Besitzer telefonisch abgesprochen, wann ich am Anreisetag anreisen werde. Trotz vorheriger telefonischer Absprache war der Besitzer nicht vor Ort, als ich anreiste. Eine Info darüber habe ich nicht erhalten! Habe nur davon erfahren, da ich ihm am Anreisetag - wie verabredet - 50 km vor Kassel noch mal eine Nachricht über WhatsApp zugeschickt habe. Daraufhin erfuhr ich, dass er nicht da sein wird. Meine Frage, wann denn seine Rezeption geöffnet sei, konnte er nicht beantworten. Er wisse es selber nicht. Als ich ihm daraufhin mitteilte, dass ich so etwas nicht professionell finden würde, hat er mir gesagt, dass er kein Bock auf Stress hat und ich mir ein anderes Hotel suchen soll. Daher ist es noch nicht einmal zum Einchecken gekommen!!!

Gott sei Dank kannte ich jemanden vor Ort und konnte spontan dort übernachten.
