Positive: It's a private room in the host's flat. It's big and comfortable and very clean. The bathroom is very fine. Wi-fi super fast.. Negative: The communication was somewhat worse, since it required multiple phone calls although the host was there, and he doesn't speak english/german perfectly..

Positive: Renovated, very clean, large common room with kitchen. It was nice to have there a Senseo with pads ! I enjoyed the coffee !. Negative: There were no curtains in the bedroom. The mattress was very thin and the bed hard. Sleeping comfort was for these two reasons poor. But the room itself was big enough, and clean..

Positive: I had a warm reception of the owners dad which gave me a feeling of arriving home. The shared flat was a new refurbished place with a clean kitchen and bathroom. I surely enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. Situated in a more residential area it was very quiet with a convenient 30min walking distance to the city center and main campus. I highly recommend this place - rewe, lidl and the tram station are just close by Cheers Jacky.

Positive: Not so far from 3 supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe and Aldi), calm neighbourhood, comfy bed, clean ambiance overall, 3 km away (30 minutes walking) from the city centre.. Negative: The host couldn't speak English at all, but somehow we managed to communicate. He seems over-obsessed with Armenia, talking about it even when I just wanted to mind my own business, sorry to sound rude. Some details, aesthetically speaking, could be improved (light switches without frame, some pieces of wood frame missing in the kitchen, between floor and wall)..

Very clean and located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Breakfast is not included but 3 supermarkets are very close (Lidl, Rewe and Aldi, in order). The city centre is just 3 km/30 minutes of walking away. I can't leave 5 full stars because the host doesn't speak English. We managed to communicate somehow, but I would have liked more an English speaking host.
