My encounter was not pleasant. Absolutely not friendly. All of the food I had ordered were good, with the exception of a samosa whose stuffing was spoiled and hence I returned it. But they were in complte denial of accepting the fact that it was spoiled. Instead, they repeatedly insisted on telling me that my taste buds were not functioning correctly because I had just drank their soup, which had somehow tampered my taste buds. When I asked them to cancel the item, they said that was not possible, but surprisingly I was not charged for it. Rather, I was charged 6.90 euros for 0.75l of water and 4.10 euros for one extra bowl because I asked them to split the soup for two. Unfortunately, when I paid the bill I was little busy and I was unable to cross-check them. I discovered this when I returned home. The last time when I was there, they just charged me 2.50 euros for an extra plate as service charge and the cost of samosa was 7.90 euros on their menu.

I've attached the bill in case anyone is curious about the price.

We went to this restaurant on 6th Aug 2022 and we were 7 adults and 2 kids (4+ and 5+ years old). We ordered the food at 3:30 PM and after 1 hour and 15 mins, the staff started serving the food. We ordered for 3 Thali mit Fleisch, 2 Hyderabadi Biryani, 2 Chicken Biryani, 3 Bottles of water, 1 Mango Lassi and 3 Beers.
We specially mentioned to give us chicken tikka masala in Thali. We have received 3 thalis all with butter chicken. It was already too late and we cooperated with the staff as she said that was their mistake. So we did not return the food.
We were highly surprised when we got a bill of 406 Euros. You send us a bill for 9 Thalis instead of 3 Thalis and 4 bottles of water instead of 3 bottles. We overlooked the charge for 1 extra water bottle as we were thinking how 3 thalis can become 9 thalis without a typo. We requested her to check the bill again and the staff came and said that thalis were counted per person, so that was billed for 9 people. Again we did not agree in this point as we have ordered 3 thalis for 3 people and 4 biryanis for other 4 persons and we asked the staff that we want to meet her chief as we need to be clear about why we have to pay for 9 thalis when we ordered for 3. We shared the food among ourselves as per Indian tradition and that was not her business to see what we are doing with our foods. Then the staff came again after sometime and said you had given a 15% discount on the total bill and now we can pay 347.74 Euros. It was already 17:51 PM when we got the bill and we were shifting our house so we had lots of pending work. All of our friends came from another city and they had to return home after finishing work. It was really awkward to argue with the staff about the bill in front of friends when we were giving the treat. So he paid the bill. After receiving the bill the staff replied this is a premium Indian restaurant so the price is high. We felt insulted again in front of my friends and family in a Premium Indian restaurant. How your staff can comment on a customer without knowing his/her background? Do we need to be dressed properly when ordering food or show attitude to your staff? We never complained about the price as we also agree that the price is really higher but my only concern was you charged for 30.50x6 u003d 183 + 6.90 u003d 189.90 Euros extra.

My husband already complaint on review but nobody responded to him. Bill is attached for your reference.

For this price range the food was very very average. -u003e Very little flavor in the Tikka dishes, very little flavor in the Paneer dish and even a Chinese spicy sauce has been served to us (note: there are enough Indian varieties), even though we were told that these are ‘Indian chutneys’.
The waiting times was immense and when checking back the food was coming ‘now’.
Nice ambient and friendly stuff, but as a foody visiting with friends from India we were disappointed.

The surprise was when bill was given we were charged for the dish which we expressed our dissatisfaction over taste and not even 10% was eaten.

Nice ambient and friendly stuff, but as a foody visiting with friends from Germany to taste Indian curry and spices we were disappointed.

Best Indian food I found in the area so far. Service and atmosphere were perfect. Whole family had a great time.
