This gym has a good location and the worst management.

We canceled the membership. This gym is really not recommended.

I have been here for five months and have seen them eating, chatting, and discriminating at the front desk.There are various non-compliant behaviors. The most important thing is that every time they have new regulations, they never send emails to members, and you won't know if you can enter until you go to the gym.

I really like this gym, there is enough space and it’s always tidy. The problem is there aren’t enough machines, there is just 1 leg extensión machine, the same for abductor and adductor machines and when they are broken we have to wait 1 month or more until they repair them. I don’t understand why they don’t buy more, when they are one of the most expensive gyms in the area

who charges for a trial day?? you have to pay 15 Euro just to check the gym, then become a member to get your money back as other services (beverage...)
Looking into the reviews, a lot of complains about the staff and the unclear offers/ cancelation rules.
Paying as much as 10 euro/week you expect more international services( staff speaking English/ website in English)
Honestly I am no longer interested in this gym.

Refused to do a month by month short term membership - and kept pressuring us to sign up for long term contracts. Very unhelpful staff and unaccommodating.

I talked with the receptionist on a phone call and he was really helpful. I got answers to all my questions and I’m looking forward to getting a membership ????.

[Interfit Members are treated here like 2nd class citizen] Dear Venice Beach, Can you get your procedure with Interfit Members clear with your employee? Also, employee with bad attitudes can you remove them from reception, such a mode pooper. Today, Thursday, 14 June, I was with this blonde girl with heave makeup and fake eyelashes, she was completely arrogant and rude about my misunderstandings with Interfit check in and check out, and it is not even my fault, every time I come here someone tell me something different. Sometime it even take me 5-10 minutes just to check in( and the. I had to go to class late), and when check out I had to beg for someone's attention at he reception.

What kind of " Premium" gym is this that just ignore people.
Also, if you don't like people, don't work at the reception!
