Nice old building housing a small scale shopping areas and courier service if you need one. Always busy at its front area for cafe, pedestrians and people waiting and exchanging for the tram. Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity for convenience.

Usually very full, in the evenings there are always drunks around the block, but the stores are reasonable.
