Staff politely asked to delete photos (with no people) from google maps. You don’t have there any sign or regulations that making photos is prohibited. Again, no people, no GDPR violation. How disappointing and inappropriate to hide real view of what you offer.

Disappointing experience.
You need to consider an accepted level of nudity ..even on ladies day there are some men (staff) and you don’t feel comfortable. So it’s not pure ladies day at all.

Swimming pool and sauna areas are interconnected, so naked people are everywhere, it’s really up to you what you can accept.
Half of the main swimming pool is always busy with aqua courses for babies or other groups, so it’s not quite and calm at all. Shower cabins are separated, but half open. Shower at the sauna area is shared. Lots of facilities for babies, even baby sauna.

Try to visit it from Tuesday to Thursday in the morning when you get 2h for 8.5€ what is quite affordable to get to know this place. Wednesday is ladies’ day observed by staff (men).

Parking nearby at the Kongresszentrum garage. Don’t forget to tick your parking ticket when you leave the thermes to pay the reduced rate.

Not recommended. I won’t come back. There are better places with better facilities in the surroundings.

The employee at the reception was super rude, it even bothered him that we asked for bathrobes to rent and he didn’t even ask for the covid pass. He did not explain we have to keep the receipt to get the fee back from rented towels and later blamed it on us . Horrible attention. The saunas and the pools are super cozy and clean and the space is well maintained.

Clean and spacious. Great saunas indoor and outdoors, and swimming pools with some spa areas and a steam room. There’s also a little dining area inside.

You must be ok with nudity to come to this place!

Fair pricing, but getting a bit more costly right before lockdown. Let’s see what it is like once they open.

Lifeguard on watch, usually.

Plenty of lockers and storage space along with showers for before and after your session.

Lounging areas available inside as well.

Parking is a bit hard but you can get here easily by tram or bike.

Massage sessions can be booked but cost more and usually end earlier which is unfortunate as many people would likely spend money on a massage after their sauna session.

Nice place to relax - they offer quite a few types of different saunas, there is a huge swimming pool, the spaces are open and quite big. It can get quite crowded though, and I found their instructions not too clear (staff approached me as I was going to the sauna with my slippers on but it did not clearly say anywhere that they were not allowed). Other than that it was a very pleasant experience and I would totally recommend it.

Great place with a very relaxed atmosphere. A few saunas of different temperature and ambiance, every 30 minutes there is an infusion show (Aufguss). One large pool for swimming, one small with cold water and one with very warm.

A great sauna area inside a historical building. There is a good variety of different sauna types, as well as a steam bath. Nude swimming is permitted in the pool area. The sauna infusions are (generally-speaking) not as intense as the ones at Europabad, but well done. Food prices are fair.
