They have such a friendly and great staff. We always enjoy our stay a lot. They make you feel very welcome!!! The bar tender makes awesome drinks and gives the guests a great atmosphere... also the people at the reception are very friendly. The rooms are clean and offer a great view over the city. Also the breakfast is very tasteful. We are always very satisfied when we stay at this hotel :)

Our stay at your Karlsruhe hotel is usually very positive and staff is very friendly there:).

In Jan we stayed three nights in one of your Heidelberg hotels.This was a very unpleasant stay and the manager was overwhelmed by the situation at the hotel. He might benefit from training or support and the hotel from reviewing your security and safety concept.

Only experienced the meeting rooms, but they did what they're meant to do, offer meeting space, which worked fine.

Compared to Wolfsburg, this Leonardo was worse. The mattress was much softer and caused back pain. The breakfast had less options - no croissants, no sausages, no beans, no pepper, no pancakes. Parking is 15 EUR/day which is basically robbery. Staff was hit and miss - most were very nice and helpful, one night shift lady was disinterested.

The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast buffet was out of this world! All of downtown is easily accessible with the tram station right in front of the hotel.

It's just nearby the main station and was useful for me as indian to have the reachability of Indian hotel just by walking distance...

The location is really handy being so close to the train station. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good with a reasonable selection, and the breakfast staff were always friendly. It a shame the same could not be said for some of the reception staff. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly impatient with me because I struggled to hear him to the point where he was quite rude and left me uncomfortable to ask about the breakfast times.

The only other niggle was that the bathroom smelled like stale urine, it was particularly noticeable when I returned to the hotel each day. In future I will ask my employer to book me into an alternative hotel.
