The shawarma’s very tasty. It’s the best shawarma I’ve ever eaten in Karlsruhe.
However, I dont like attitude of the waiter, unfriendly ????

Food is tasty - no doubts, crazy take-away waiting time.

Unfortunately crazy waiting times for takeaway - worth only one star due to bad time management for dine-in vs takeaway. In the end restaurant is not only about good food, it's also about experience - which is big zero.

First of all, know that if they do not like your face, you get treated like s**t. We instantly got our (tasty) lentil soup, everything else took ages, even though we had a reservation. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our drinks. Almost a full hour for our main dish. Everything except the soup (including the drinks) tasted unspeakably horrible. I do not understand how they survive like this.
Summary: We felt discriminated, unwelcomed and cheated. NEVER again. Thank you for nothing.

This was the worst experience I ever had - not exaggerating at all. Waste of money and waste of time. We had to wait for almost 1,5 hr for our food! Also the wait for drinks was very long, on such a hot day. When we asked how much longer we would need to wait, both times the reply was that the food was coming immediately - and that meant another half an hour of waiting each time. We were close to just walking out. I regret we didn't. Food (at least our Indisches Kebab) and lemonade extremely untasty. Afterwards, I had a stomachache till next day. Just don't go. They prioritise their guests on a basis known only to them - multiple people who came after us got their stuff before us. Honestly, we kinda felt discriminated. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN!

Very nice food; tried Shawarma, Falafel, and salad, all very nice, fresh, and delicious. Generous portions. Clean and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. One of the best in Karlsruhe.

Ordered Syrian Shawarma, it’s very tasty.
I didn’t like the oil inside the sandwich , it was too much and smelly.

Staff are clean and wear mask. ????????

The shawarma wraps are amazing. I love the fact that they make fresh wraps bread to serve shawarma. Each time i am in Karlsruhe I visit them often.
