Nice city water park with up to 10 slides for different levels of difficulty. A couple of indoor swimming pools, 1 outside pool. Outside area is too small, not enough shadow available, people just leave their towels on the sun beds and go to enjoy the park, somehow reserving their places outside. Apparently, not enough place for everyone.
So it’s better to stay inside when it’s a very hot weather and you’ll definitely find a place there.

Good parking garage nearby for 3.5 eur/day. First come first serve. Don’t forget to pay for parking when you enter Europabad.

Lots of changing cabins. Separated men/women showers, but showers are open for 4-8 people at once, no separated cabins, so not that very intimate.

Hairdryers..not powerful at all. Better to bring your own if you have long hair or need to dry it quickly.

Slides are fun for kids up to 14-15 years old. Otherwise, it’s getting boring after one ride.

Separated area for babies and toddlers, pirate ship for elder kids. No-swimmers and kids need to wear swimming armbands to be able to be in the same pools with adults that do not correspond to kid’s area. Up to 1m height kid’s fee is 3 EUR/day.

Dining area as a buffet, mainly fast food and sodas. You get your chip credit (50eur adult, 18 eur kid) to be able to spend it at the bistro, so no money needs to be carried.

The complex itself is nice, it’s worth visiting at least once. However, it’s an active place with lots of noise especially during the day, summer and holidays.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. We’ve bought online tickets to get in the pool, after the payment confirmation and received the email with the receipt, the administration from the place simply didn’t accept our tickets and denied us from get in the pool. Even after we showed all the documents confirming what we have paid for.

They called their “boss” and he was simply useless. Not a single help was given, and he just said that we would need to come in another day to ask for the refund in a different building that’s not in the same place of the pool.

I really felt very disappointed and harmed by the very bad treatment of the very incompetent staff that hey have here.

I’m not responsible for such a bad system that they have and also the incompetent staff who manage this place. They must solve the problems that they cause to the customers.

It would help a lot if they just FIRE the current staff and very incompetent boss and replace with competent people that are able to solve the problems that they caused to the customers.

The only employee that was kind and tried to help was the SECURITY guard. Only him. The rest was just a shame.

I've never before been to a pool with that many distinctly different water slides before. The rest of the pool is decent, but not much to talk about - the slides are a distinct experience, though (and I didn't even do them all, but the kids did).
I've also never swallowed so much water on slides before, there are some brutal and unexpected twists and turns in them. But really, if you're close to Karlsruhe and like water slides, this is an absolute must see.

The place is huge which is awesome. You can find a good suitable location if you're with kids or as a couple or with friends. There are saunas, hammam, open pools and chaise-longues plus two places to eat. Everything looks quite new and modern. This bad is a very popular place - be prepared to wait in a queue at the entrance

We really enjoyed (family+3yr old daughter). Great sauna place - especially their "Wenik" aufguss is a badass activity. Really unique watr slide that drops you down by removing the floor from beneath your feet. I recommend.

A thrilling experience to try various rides and pools. The water is warm and nice flow. Very crowded.

The slides are very fun but a lot of lockers didn't work and you have to pay for a parking
