Es hieß dann, dass ich meine Krankenkassekarte abholen kann und als ich dies machte, lies der Arzt wohl auch noch seine schlechte Laune am Personal bei der Anmeldung raus, wo er erklärte, welche Aufgaben er selbst nicht erfüllen müssen. War definitiv der letzte Besuch für mich in diesem Krankenhaus. Ich fahre lieber 2 h zum nächsten Krankenhaus, als mich von so einem Arzt nochmals behandeln zu lassen.
Habe bisher noch nie so einen unfreundlichen Arzt erlebt.

Ich bin gestern zur Notfallaufnahme in die neue Klinik, nachdem ich 2 Stunden gewartet hatte und schon andere vor mir dran kamen, die nach mir gekommen sind, ist durch Zufall einer Schwester aufgefallen, dass vergessen wurde die Papierakte in den PC zu übertragen und ich deswegen vergessen wurde. Danach dauerte es weitere 2,5 Stunden bis ich fertig behandelt war und mit meinem Abschlussbericht wieder gehen durfte. Ich habe keinerlei Beratung erhalten, wann der Verband abgenommen werden darf, Belastung der Verletzung usw.! Soviel Personal aber nichts geht, eine Katastrophe, und bei meiner Tochter war es vor ein paar Wochen das gleiche.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es herrschte eine gute Stimmung, das möchte ich trotzdem erwähnen.
