I was here for halux valgus surgery on Ward 3.4.
A really great team!
-On the first day after the operation someone came by almost every hour to see how I was doing. Blood pressure, pulse and temperature were always measured
- Also on the 2nd and 3rd day someone kept coming by to ask, among other things, whether it could be another tea or something to eat.
-Every morning a cleaning lady came and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and room
-There are towels/hair dryer/walk in shower/ even body lotions
-for the intervention:
I was a little nervous, but the friendly staff made me feel comfortable. The doctors who gave me access for infusions, the catheter and the anesthetic were also very nice and explained everything to me in detail what they were doing, so I didn't have to be afraid.
-I was operated on by Dr. Menzinger, who also checked in again before the operation and changed the bandage himself every day after the operation in the morning.
-Also my many questions were answered friendly and patiently (I work in a pharmacy myself and have quite high standards)
- The sisters / and also a brother :) were always there very quickly as soon as I was called and immediately brought me pillows to lie on and several times a day something to cool me down
- The physiotherapist was also very nice and I was able to walk up and down stairs just 1 day after the operation. He even checked back on the discharge day, although it wasn't necessary.
-I am really very satisfied and positively surprised, as I have often been to other clinics where absolutely the opposite was the case.
If I ever need to operate on my other foot, I'll be happy to come back here. Kudos to all employees.

Ich war hier zur Halux Valgus OP auf Station 3.4.
Ein wirklich tolles Team!
-Am 1.Tag nach der OP kam wirklich fast jede Stunde jemand vorbei um zu schauen wie es mir geht. Es wurde dabei auch immer Blutdruck, Puls und Temperatur gemessen
- Auch am 2 und 3 Tag kam immer wieder jemand vorbei um u.a. zu fragen ob es noch ein Tee sein darf oder eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen.
-jeden Morgen kam eine Putzdame und hat gründlich Bad und Zimmer gereinigt
-Es gibt Handtücher/Föhn/begehbare Dusche/ sogar Körperlotionen
-zum Eingriff:
Ich war einwenig aufgeregt, aber durch das nette Personal fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben. Auch die Ärzte die mir den Zugang für Infusionen, den Katheter und die Betäubung geben haben waren sehr sehr nett und haben mir alles nochmal genau erklärt was sie machten, sodass ich keine Angst haben musste.
-operiert wurde ich u.a. von Dr. Menzinger, welcher auch vor der OP nochmal reinschaute und jeden Tag nach der OP gleich morgens selbst den Verband gewechselt hatte.
-Auch meine vielen Fragen wurden freundlich und geduldig beantwortet (ich arbeite selbst bei einer Apotheke und habe recht hohe Ansprüche)
- Die Schwestern / und auch ein Bruder :) waren immer sehr schnell da, sobald man gerufen hatte und haben mir gleich Kissen zum Hochlegen und mehrmals täglich was zum Kühlen gebracht
- Auch der Physiotherapeut war sehr nett und ich konnte bereits 1 Tag nach der OP schon Treppen laufen. Er hatte sogar am Entlasstag nochmal vorbeigeschaut obwohl es nicht notwendig wäre.
-Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und positiv überrascht, da ich bereits oft in anderen Kliniken war, wo absolut das Gegenteil herrschte.
Sollte ich irgendwann den anderen Fuß operieren müssen komme ich gerne wieder hierher. Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter.

Ein besonderes Lob an das Team der Station 5,2. Nach meiner Schulter OP rechts war ich total auf Hilfe angewiesen, da ich meinen Arm nicht bewegen konnte und auch nicht durfte. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren trotz Personalmangel und Stress immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch im OP Bereich bei der Vorbereitung fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben. Auch den Ärzten ein Dankeschön.
Ich hoffe, dass in ca 4 Wochen bei der 2. OP alles genau so gut läuft und ich wieder auf die Station 5,2 komme.

Menschlichkeit ist leider ein Fremdwort hier bei der Klinik für Orthopädie :( Bin am Freitag wegen übertragbaren Rückenschmerzen hier gekommen, der sehr junge Arzt hat mich lediglich 2 Minuten lang untersucht und super schnell gesagt dass es nur eine Muskelnspannung ist was gar keinen Sinn macht! Er schickte mir nach Hause mit paar Medikamenten die gar nicht gebracht haben und ich konnte übers ganze Wochenende wegen akuten Schmerzen nicht mal eine Stunde schlafen! Heute ist Montag und bin wieder da und ich meldete mich als Notfall wegen den unertragbaren Schmerzen und bis jetzt warte ich seit länger als 3 Stunden und keine Hoffnung in Sicht :(
