Whenever you want their service for your needs -- even in emergency situation for you, (e.g. prolongation of your visa), and you need a service to print out your available block account or official print out of your accounts for three months. They will change to be a monster, and you are not gonna like it. I have many bad experiences with them.

BBBank eG deserves Five Stars. Great Peoples makes great services. I am a new customer for BBBank and I had successfully opened new online Bank Account with the assistance of excellent customer service team thru telephonic support u0026 an amazing service by Bremen Branch on the last week.

With 24-hour helplines, manned by experts with outstanding customer service I shall continue to be so. Thank you to you and your amazing team yet again for helping me in a time of need.

I would like to recommend all foreigners specially whom having difficulty with speaking German Language this BBBank is having qualified English speaking Staff.
