So This place is not a fancy/original flavor Japanese Ramen place but the price is unbelievable. Kara-age Don, and all kinds of Don is under 6€ and it is enough for one person. I thought it would be super small but it was very very enough for one human being. I would definitely recommend this place thinking of price and taste. You won't find anywhere like this in Karlsruhe with this kind of price. The quality of the ingredients are very fresh. Kind staffs, warm atmosphere. They accept Cash and cards.

What really sets this restaurant apart is the myriad of vegetarian options they have. I remember my friends and I struggling to pick just one dish as we were spoiled for choice. And their food is so delicious that it'll leave you wanting for more.
I had the vegetarian katsu curry and it was lip smacking good. Also, I highly recommend their sweet potato patties (not sure how it's called in the menu) for starters. I was a bit skeptical about the idea of cold noodles but it was super delicious as well.
But mind you, this place is super popular. So you'll have to book a table in advance if you want to be sure to get seated.
The only downside for me (if I absolutely have to say) is that I couldn't reserve a seat online/via chat. I would like to have the flexibility to do so.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Min Ramen. The portion sizes of the starters were surprisingly big. We shared 4 starters between five people and didn't have to hold back. The Ramen soups were also really big and flavourful. We had different kinds (vegan, chicken, ebi) and enjoyed all of them.
The drinks selection is also good with different kinds of teas, beers, lemonades and other beverages. Staff was really friendly and the place itself simple and cozy.
We'll come here again for sure.

Great cosy ramen restaurant, the staff is very polite, helpful and friendly, prices are reasonable and everything was very yummy. A reservation is recommended beforehand since the place can be pretty busy.

Very good location, the place is cozy, but didn’t feel packed. The gyozas are super yummy and the chicken teriyaki is very juicy. Worth stopping by.

Absolutely amazing ramen ...I was so impressed.... tasty..omg ...i highly recommend this place .

My Tantan was just salt and chilli, no other flavours. The noodles were also very bland and soggy. The chicken karage was good though. The Bauhöfer beer was just a terrible yellow water. The decor is nice and the staff was nice and polite. But the ramen was the worst I ever had.
