Loads of classes to choose from, very nicely mixed, all the things you would expect to have available at a gym, and it's clean. Great atmosphere

To be fair I only ever use the fitness courses in the training room, not the training machines in the main area. The courses are good tho, a lot of them take place after work at a pretty convenient time for me.
The changing room is mostly clean, but the toilets could use more spare toilet paper, or should be monitored more often.
But the staff is very friendly - and always in great mood. Curious!

Communication needs to be improved. The corona times and contract compensation was an issue which i had with Fit-in. after some negotiation it was mutually agreeable terms. Sometimes the young colleagues call you and makes the situation really bad.

This place is actually quite dirty, not really functioning and the accounting always had/have/will have problems with the processing of the payments. After cancelling my account, they ordered me to pay much more than the real amount I owed them. Although I saved the bills and kept track of every single payment, they cheated. The problem is: you cannot see how much you owed them, when. Happened to me numerous times, that I had to bring in my receipts and also call their hotline to clear the situation. This is simply unbelievable. (And I am the only one who had these problems, 3 friends of mine also complained about their service...) I recommend to think through whether you want to train here or not. There are much better gyms.

Worse trainer+services // I know that my card doesn't work every time I enter the Gym. And one of the trainer said just press the 'Enter' key when nobody is in the entrance. Next time I was there, I pressed the enter key alone and another trainer shouted to me and scored me that I shouldnt press the key. And he didnt said any word like sorry or something.

They lied about my contract and renewed it without my permission and are now chasing me for money for a period I didn't even know I had membership!
