At home I found that the bottom of this bread was badly burned. Luckily for the baker, I live 450 km away, otherwise I would have complained.
That's weak of the seller to sell me this ???? without pointing it out or reducing the Vk by 50%.

Am Montag gegen 13:30 Uhr war ich in diesen Bäcker u0026 Café. Eigentlich wollte ich ein belegtes Brötchen und ein Roggenbrot. Es gab vier belegte Brötchen die schon auf einem Tablett außerhalb der Kühlung zusammengeräumt waren. Keine weiteren Auslagen.
Beim ???? sah es ähnlich aus. Es gabe ein Dinkelvollkornbrot und zwei Brote mit 30 % Roggenanteil. Also kaufte ich das Vollkorn-Kastenbrot (für 5,- €, recht teuer).
Zuhause stellte ich fest, dass der Boden dieses Brotes stark verbrannt war. Zum Glück für den Bäcker, wohne ich 450 km davon entfernt, sonst hätte ich das reklamiert.
Das ist von der Verkäuferin schwach, mir dieses ???? zu verkaufen ohne darauf hinzuweisen oder den Vk um 50 % herabzusetzen.
Fazit: Ich werde diese Bäckerei mit Café meiden, wie ???? das Wasser.
