First visit today, this is a self-service kind of restaurant, which is not a bad thing. Had 2 beers and a delicious sausage with red cabbage and very fresh bread, for less than 13 euros. Which is a fair price. stunning views overlooking Karlsruhe.

A nice restaurant by the Turmberg where you can grab a quick snack and drink with an incredible panoramic view of Durlach and Karlsruhe.

Not too overpriced, with small portions but tasty flavors.

The service is really fast, and efficient. Available mostly in German but one girl was able to help me with some English questions.

The process is a bit different but it works. You sign in with your contact info via the Luca app or paper form for corona safety. You get a magnet and a menu. You pay at the entrance for your food, order food from the “food truck” and drinks from the bar.

Very competitive seating lol. Everyone wants to be close to the edge, of course.

They kind of have a bug problem, so beware of that if you’re allergic to bees or wasps, as they constantly linger around and even like to land on drinks and food. Can get stung if you don’t notice. Achtung!

Payments accepted in cash or card.

Easy to get to, but paid parking nearby. Also has electric connection for electric cars.

Location great. Food and beverages great. Service great. Would like to come back. We had a 'Schäferstündle' and it was a great experience. 5/5

Better to come here just for drinks as their 13,80 EUR burger was one of the worst I ever had, especially for that price!

Tapas restaurant server was really rude. They need to upgrade customer service.

I often go up there just to have a coffee or eat something small. Even the quick food offer (wedge potatoes, salad, pumpkin soup, gulyas in bread) is top quality and made with love and professionalism. I often see the chef himself out there serving hot drinks, helping out his crew wherever it is necessary. The ambiance cannot be improved further, it is simply the best in the area. I would especially recommend it in Winter. Even though it is a first class gourmet restaurant, you do not have to be rich to enjoy its services. You can always go there and and have something tasty for a fair price in the outer garden from where the view is priceless.
