Quick check-in and quick check--out. No information while booking that the room is in the basement level. If I knew it in advance I would have never taken this room for this price. It was also not possible to use the restaurant in the evening as it was reserved for some event. Hotel personnel "forgot" to inform about it upfront. Reception lady was also not very keen on providing information about hotel services. Except for this it is a nice small hotel in the outskirts of the town.

So what they don't really emphasize when you book is where you're staying, I picked the large double bedroom because I thought it would be cheaper, I got to the hotel (walked from the cable car station with my luggage, 10 minutes) and then had to walk another 15 minutes to get to the guest houses with all my luggage, Google says this place has AC but the GUEST HOUSES DO NOT HAVE AC so when you book make sure to contact the hotel making sure you have a room with AC if you need it (this whole week is going to be in the high (Fahrenheit) 80s and low 90s which is why I'm writing so much about this). Other than not having AC, no fridge, or no microwave, the rooms are clean and there is a safe. The bathroom I had in the guest room had a little bit of mold in the corner but it wasn't horrible. There's also no elevator at the guest houses you have to use stairs. Guest houses have a laundry room to use and a vending machine with soda and soap. (Bathroom only has 2 single use shampoo/body wash packets and a bottle of hand soap) . I tried to use the intercom downstairs to contact the main front desk building but it did not work (Waited quite patiently). The guest houses are also further from the cable car stations (just something to keep in mind).

Nice hotel that is small, neat, and well kept. Both ladies in the front desk were cheerful and professional. I had the top floor room, so had a balcony. Rooms are decent.

The parking, while limited, is not hard to find. There are a few spots for free outside the hotel, but you can pay to park in the back. The 5 days I stayed here, no one paid for this.

The breakfast is standard fare. I prefer going to bakeries in Germany for breakfast myself.

Location is ok, but is very quit for those who enjoy that. Good experience overall!

Very clean, very new and modern rooms, hotel staff where very helpful and friendly, easy self check in with touch screen from 3pm, normal check in with staff from 4pm however the staff was there at 3pm and checked us in ????. Breakfast was just ok, bedroom in the guest house which is just 6 streets away from the main hotel and where very nice and modern also quite big ????. Outside parking is also available on the hotel site and there is also some parking spaces on the main streets that you can use if required. Overall a very pleasant stay ????

Very nice hotel positioned in a quiet area close to some of the main companies of Heidelberg. Rooms are modern, large and with ac. The city center can be reached with direct line 22 in few stops.

The hotel ist very nice, escpecially for its price in comparison to similair Hotels. The service is good and the breakfast buffet is great. Ich would recommend a stay there to others
