I’ve been there before the opening date to register. The so called “manager” refused to acknowledge my address document in PDF format. I guess he’s unaware of how much business is conducted online. Some people just can’t handle decision making. Main point was actually how unfriendly he was.

And I was hoping for a friendly atmosphere.
