Reception was open just in the morning until around 2 pm. You couldn't call a taxi from the hotel later on. Also there was nowhere close to buy water later in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good.

Fridge wasn‘t working and the room was like a sauna because of the fact that there was no air conditioner. ( Also because of the design of the room, there was no air flow even though we left the window open) Reception working hours is not enough. Other than that, tea, coffee offerings in the room was nice. There is a lot of tools ( microwave, fork, spoon etc) for the people who willing to stay a bit longer.

I stayed in one of the penthouses for only 80 € and it was great:
- It is super spacious
- very clean
- ok in terms of amenities
- big wardrobe
- coffee machine,utensils and a mini kitchen corner
- huge desk
- they have a socket in the bathroom (who h is rare and I love)
- good communication with the staff

I would go there again for sure!

- room was very dirty, dust on the bedframe and fan..
- loose wallpaper in the bathroom
- 2 holes in the bedsheets
- no airconditioning while it was 30 degrees

Considering we’ve paid €108 for the night, our stay was very dissapointing

The rooms are new, big, well appointed, clean. With functionable microwave kitchen. But no A/C (!). Two nice restaurents next door, 1.5 km from train station.

Very nice hotel in a convenient position in Heidelberg. Room was nice, spacious and very well furnished.

vey clean apartments with nice kitchenette. it’s easy to reach the center with tram.
