We had a memorable evening at Pier 4. The atmosphere was relaxing and unique. The menu was diverse- and there was something for everyone. Vegetarian options as well. We got the tapas, €16 per person u0026 they were tasty. I really liked he shrimp. The wine was great! The only disappointment was that they didn’t have the ingredients for both cocktails I fancied. Over all really nice experience.

The location is fantastic.
We've had the the classic burger and the vegan version of it. Both were delicious.
The view is very dreamy. If you happen to be in Heidelberg, you should pay a visit.

Best location in HD..... on the water....above the water.... floating....outside....inside.... summer vibes but also winter wavy mood.... super sunset.... normal days.... birthdays.... Pier4 every season and occasion

Good food quality and great views but service and professionalism doesn’t meet the basic expectations. Party of 8, we had our main courses in 3 rounds with 5/10 min difference between them. I had to eat my meat (very good btw) with regular knife, you don’t expect this when you pay a premium. We asked to have so food to go and they put it in aluminum foil... without even a bag! Lot’s of room to improve the experience and justify the higher prices.

Great location and beautiful, friendly staff. We had tapas and a tasty cocktail at sunset.

Reservation in advance recommended for dinner on top deck. Online reservation experience smooth and seamless. Calendar event created automatically from confirmation email. Food is delicious. They accept cash, card and contactless (except American Express). Sole reason for 4 stars: WiFi not for guests. Please improve.
